Aim: The purpose of the investigation is to determine the opinions of family court judges on the reflection of domestic violence on the child. Method: The working group of the study consisted of 22 judges serving in the Ankara Courts of Justice. The data of the study were obtained through a semi-structured interview form developed for family court judges. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis technique. Findings: When the findings obtained from the research were examined; most of the family court judges have stated that children are exposed to physical and psychological violence and that children are unfriendly, coward and anxious as a result of the child's approach to the violent parent due to falling, communicating and fearing the school's success as a result of these types of violence. Most family court judges have said that measures should be taken to provide childcare for the children who are exposed to domestic violence from the ministry budget and for custody, care, alimony. Results and Conclusion: The domestic relations court judges have stated that the most frequent type of domestic violence to which children expose is physical violence, and that domestic violence causes children fail to succeed in school, and that the children exposed to domestic violence are unconfident, and that they provide the opportunity of nursery funded by ministry in the service of the children exposed to violence.
